This year has been a year like no other. But even with so much change and so much uncertainty, some things have remained the same ā children across Louisiana have continued to enter foster care, and just like in years past, these children still need safe, loving foster families.
The āC Brothersā are two of these children; both re-entered foster care recently. Although they had previously been reunited with their biological family, for their safety and protection, they were brought back into foster care. During such a difficult year, the C Brothers needed a family to help them heal and thrive.
Even during ānormalā times, the love and support of a family are critical. But if 2020 has taught us anything, itās that children like the C Brothers need a family that can provide loving care for not only their physical needs but their emotional and spiritual needs as well.
