Much of the work we do is “in the weeds” recruiting, equipping, and supporting families to care for vulnerable children. Through this in the weeds work, we have come to understand the need to ZOOM OUT and evaluate the needs and challenges that exist within the systems that serve children and families. Last month, we zoomed out to partner with the Karen Purvis Institute of Child Development to host their flagship TBRI® Practitioner Training. This training is designed to help practitioners across sectors and across the globe meet the needs of vulnerable children and families.

Crossroads NOLA is dedicated to serving vulnerable children and families in Louisiana by recruiting a community of people – foster parents, caregivers, and professionals and equipping them with tools to help children overcome trauma and grow up in whole and thriving families.
